Tariffs: Please note that tariffs are seasonal and we encourage guests to book with us directly to get around 5% discount, also ask us for details of special package deals and other seasonal offers. All tariffs are based on two adults per room. A third adult can be accommodated in each room for an extra $25 per adult, per night with roll up beds in rooms 2 and 4 and king single beds in room 1 and 3.

Payment Policy: Deposit of 50% of the total tariff is processed at time of booking. The balance is required 14 days prior to checking-in. Payment is to be made by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy: More than 14 days notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded less $50.00 to cover administration costs and in and out card  fees.  Less than 14 days notice of cancellation, deposit will not be refunded.
